+ Seven Generations Office Park

Seven Generations Office Park is a group of three core and shell office buildings RB+B designed for a local Fort Collins developer (two 10,000 SF one-story buildings and one 36,000 SF two-story building). This project has achieved USGBC LEED Platinum certification. Many sustainable design strategies were employed that reduce energy consumption and increase occupant comfort.
