Charles FieldeR Senior Associate

Charles is involved in the management of many of the firm's projects and is the chief specifications writer for RB+B. He excels at orchestrating complex renovations and creating solutions that allow renovations to be completed on short schedules and, often times, while the building is occupied.

Prior to joining RB+B, Charles served as a design project manager and owner's representative for a group of 25 schools in Kansas City, Missouri. This experience provided valuable insight into client communication and helps him to see projects from an owner's perspective.

Charles enjoys mountain sports and writing/recording his own music.
